PI - Postdoctoral Researcher in Organizational Behaviour and Social Identity (Advanced Quantitative Methods)

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Organizational Behavior, Management, Psychology, Economics, Sociology, or a related field (completed by the start date of the appointment)
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced statistical techniques, such as:
• Multilevel modeling (HLM, mixed-effects models)
• Longitudinal and panel data analysis
• Structural equation modeling (SEM)
• Causal inference methods (e.g., fixed effects, IV, DiD)
• Advanced regression techniques
• Strong programming and analytical skills (R, Stata, Python, Mplus, or similar)
• Evidence of research productivity or strong pipeline
