The Leadership and Service(s) for the Generation of Social Value research team at Deusto Business School invites applications for a Research Assistant

Research Topic

Research on organizational behavior, diversity, and career development across the lifespan, exploring how individuals and groups evolve within organizations over time. Research will emphasize rigorous empirical analysis using complex datasets to address questions related to age diversity, inclusion, career trajectories, and workforce dynamics.

We offer

  • Duration.  1 year, renewable for up to a maximum of 2 years 
  • Annual salary and terms of payment. € 24,505.30gross per year, payable in 15 monthly installments. 
  • Contract type: The successful candidate will be appointed under the category of Research Assistant  (Investigador/a Ayudante) according to the University of Deusto regulations. 
  • Location: Bilbao
  • Expected start date: October 2026
